ATcon regularly holds online webinars for Service Advisor Training allowing your staff members to receive training without having to leave the dealership. Our webinars are designed for entry level service advisors and as “tune ups” for experienced Service Advisors and Managers.

The webinars are typically four (4) hour classes broken up into two (2) hour sessions morning and afternoon each training day. Students may attend both sessions on the same day or split them up to accommodate work scheduling.
Students receive a PDF study guide to follow along and take notes so they will have a book to review to ensure they follow the processes taught.

The webinars are taught by ATcon consultants with many years of Fixed Operations experience.
