Customer Effective Labor Rate Summary
is a 3-step process which results in comprehensive daily, month-to-date and year-to-date data. All data entry takes place during step 1, where daily repair orders, flat rate hours and labor sales are entered daily for each Division or Service Advisor. Information including actual effective labor rate and hours per repair order is auto-calculated for each Division or Service Advisor and Total Shop.
The
APS (Advanced Production Structure) Service Performance Report
tracks performance parameters related to production, sales and carryovers for each Division and Total Shop. All data entry takes place during the initial step, where information involving key facets of Service Department operations is gathered. This data is auto-calculated to produce performance indicators ranging from cumulative data to detailed percentages.
The
APS (Advanced Production Structure) Monthly Production Unit Summary
takes data involving daily production hours and auto-calculates weekly and monthly summaries for each employee and Total Division. These calculations result in critical daily, weekly and monthly summary information on the performance of individual employees and divisions regarding actual hours produced, objectives and percentage of objective met.
The
Monthly Shop Summary
is designed for traditional shops using up to 60 Technicians. Daily production hours entered for individual Technicians generate weekly and monthly summaries and Total Shop daily, weekly and monthly summary data regarding hours produced, objectives and percentage of objective met.
