If the manager is tracking production through the department they should be able to answer these questions daily.
Lost production and extended cycle times mean less profit.

How many vehicles are coming in today?

Which vehicles will parts arrive for today?

Which vehicles need parts ordered today?

Which vehicles will be going to paint today?

How many vehicles will be completed today?

How many vehicles will be delivered today?

ATcon can assist your collision center manager in gaining improvement in your collision center. We perform a complete collision center department analysis by spending just four days in your collision center.
